The PACP Board Leadership Forum is a 2-Part online series intended to offer a high level of exchange with your peers and volunteer board members.  Our speaker will provide practical tips and tools to help make your job easier.  Each registration includes a participant packet for each session.  As well, each session will be recorded and shared with those who register.

How do we know our Chamber is making a difference in the community?  We are always seeking ways to maximize value for our Chamber members in response to new community challenges and opportunities.  This workshop will explore the board’s role in clarifying Chamber priorities and monitoring performance and identify future-focused board meeting practices to easily implement upon returning to your Chamber.

  • Position Your Chamber for Increased Impact – Trends Impacting PA Chambers (Recovery Efforts COVID-19), Rapid Fire Gap Analysis, Your Strategic Priorities
  • Monitor Chamber Performance – Operational (Meaningful Metrics and Dashboard Reports), Executive and Board
  • Future-Focused Board Meetings – annual agenda cycle, meeting rules, continuous strategic thinking
